چکیده

Glabridin, a bioactive compound that originally isolated from the roots of licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., Fam. Fabaceae), has wide range pharmacological properties for instance anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-microbial, anti-viral, anti-osteoporosis, anti-diabetic, anti-atherogenic, neuroprotective, estrogenic, and skin-whitening. Even though, biological activities glabridin have already been determined, molecular signaling pathways, gene targets, based on bioinformatics analyses not fully elucidated. Thus, in presented research, network-based approaches were applied to demonstrate targets human genomes proteomes. The was input into ChEBI database, its predicted using DIGEP-Pred, then, top interacting genes identified by GeneCards database. Afterward, STRING KEGG enrichment database used construct protein-protein interaction (PPI) network targeting pathway network, respectively. A total 14 coding proteins such as UGT1A1, MAPK1, CYP2B6, MMP9, CHKA, CYP3A4, EGFR, PON1, SLC6A4, SRC, EPHX2, TYR, PTK2, PPIG effected determined set analysis. Furthermore, multiple pathways including endocrine resistance, bladder cancer, ErbB pathway, VEGF chemical carcinogenesis, proteoglycans relaxin estrogen also be regulated glabridin. This research showed exhibits highly active activity an anti-infective agent, chemopreventive membrane permeability inhibitor, melanin apoptosis agonist. Taken together, this study is scientific will very useful elucidating biological, clinical applications detail.

some properties of fuzzy hilbert spaces and norm of operators

in this thesis, at first we investigate the bounded inverse theorem on fuzzy normed linear spaces and study the set of all compact operators on these spaces. then we introduce the notions of fuzzy boundedness and investigate a new norm operators and the relationship between continuity and boundedness. and, we show that the space of all fuzzy bounded operators is complete. finally, we define...
